Hello Friends,

Had a good start into the year 2008 ?

This time I have a little notice for you
concerning meditation and you may like to try:

As some of you know, I am practicing Vipassana Meditation
which I call the oasis of distance to personality.

This silent meditation, initiated and practiced by Buddha
might not have been something for you so far
for some reasons,
so to open you a simple and doable entry into silent meditation
with an enjoyable addition of music,
I created `Music for Vipassana Meditation`
including a complemental manual in html format,
with all details needed to start and give it a go right from the scratch.

I had a lot of trouble at the beginning,
basically because starting a silent session
out of the daily noise and busy things to do
was a harsh and abrupt cut
and my mind and emotions had always trouble to adjust
the silent moments.

So aside the music helping to dive into silence in a comfortable way
it is a time management as well for the complete session
without the daily need of thinking about having prepaired something
like a clock radio to end a session.

Supported and time managed is a Vipassana session of 40 minutes in total
which is known as to be most convenient sitting time both for beginners and advanced.

I have opened a new paypal shop corner at my site
to make instant downloads available
at a reasonable price,
because of saving shipping costs and intermediary trade.

Now, I hope this supports your entry into 2008
even better
and if you like to read the whole article directly,
feel free to do so here:

I wish an enjoyable experience to everyone
and as always, latest articles applied:

RIAA: Illegal to Copy Puchased Music from CD to Computer
Written by Omkar
Monday, 31 December 2007

RIAA continues to kill off the old world music industry.

Most people decry the farce that is the RIAA and their pursuit of personal attacks against the consumer.
Rather than adapting to the viral capabilities the internet provides to independent musicians,
the RIAA continues to alienate consumers and kill off loyalty remaining for the labels and artists they represent.
As a result, the RIAA has completely and utterly failed to turn-around the downward spiral
of album sales and the rise of digital music sharing.
