The only difference to a session at home is,
to not cross the legs and to have an MP3 player handy.
Keep legs closed, side on side, this supports a straight back.
All other recommendations in the manual can easily be followed.
Best of all:
Because the eyes are closed,
nobody around you will feel disturbed
and may even think you are taking a nap.
